Know They Are Loved

We love kids.  That’s why we got into this business. Kids are so curious and full of life. They make us feel younger, keep us focused on what matters (being nice and having snacks) and we are envious of the joy that they attack everything with. 

We know that sometimes it is harder to remember all of those good things because they are extra full of energy; a schedule change has left you 9  minutes of unplanned time, or not enough coffee in the world could make you feel ready for the day. 

Each day is filled with both kinds of moments, and some days we barely notice as we go from one to the next. We can easily turn these things around or at least make them a bit sweeter. 

See how quickly you can make a kid smile by saying their name in a positive context, remembering a favorite thing of theirs or telling them a story about something they can relate to. 

That frown will turn around so fast. 

Better yet, you will be teaching them how to do the same for you!
